In honour of International Women's Day, join us for an intimate afternoon of movement, reflection and connection. This gathering is designed as a gentle pause. A space to soften, reset and reconnect with yourself and with other women in a warm, thoughtfully curated setting.
Expect a sensory experience that invites presence, meaningful conversation and a moment to simply be.
You don't need to know anyone. You only need to show up.
The afternoon
You will arrive and be welcomed. You will move, breathe and settle into your body. Then you will sit with other women, reflect on what you carry, and speak some of it aloud. Perhaps for the first time. You will leave having given something real and received something you didn't know you were missing.
